Follow the steps below to collect your tax credit (up to $500) for energy saving home improvements made 2011 – 2013.

1. Download the “ABC Seamless Tax Credit Worksheet”
2. Download Manufacturer Certificates
   • ABC Steel Roofing
   • ABC Windows Manufacturer’s Certificate
3. Line 52 of the 2012 IRS Form 5695 is used to claim the tax credit. Download IRS Form 5695 for tax year 2012. Instructions on using the document are contained withing the form itself.
4. Refer to your invoice to complete the worksheet and IRS form, and bring all documents to your tax professional.
